Gallery freezes when I try to get a sim or building

Welcome to Answers HQ! I've moved your post to a new thread as you are describing a different issue 😉

If this has been happening since you installed or updated your game, it could be there's an issue with the game installation. Try repairing the game by right clicking on it on Origin, and selecting 'Repair'.

If that doesn't help and you are using any mods, please, try to remove them by moving your Mods folder to the desktop (temporarily) and try to use the Gallery. If it works, that means one or more of your mods is causing incompatibilities.

Do you use UIC mod? If so, check if you have the current version. Such a bug was related to the old versions of this mod
