Gallery ID wrong

I really do not know if it will work, but your profile in the Gallery is related to the configuration of the user in the game folder. If you have changed id in Origin - to should been saved there.
In my case, it was enough to rename my game folder in Documents to "The Sims4old"and let the game create a new one.
Then I pasted old saves folder and Tray into a new game folder. In this way, I lost nothing.
There is no option to change the author's name on old works but maybe new ones will be correct,

I feel sorry for you. It looks like the only option you have is to win the lottery and buy the whole game and packs once more to create a new account. I do not think EA will make these changes in your directory quickly.

EA help desk told me they cannot even make the changes and I doubt it really has to do with some server not updating. There is a glitch and they don't seem to be worried about it.
Thanks for the old thread. I was unable to find something pertaining to my problem and eventually just started a new topic.
Sounds like they all have the same problem as I do.
I cleared the cache, all the way to a full uninstall and reinstall of the game and started with no old saves, tray, etc. still …
I have since added it all back I need my saves and tray (and Mods).
I had deleted all tray items and resaved them
Deleted all of my Gallery items and reuploaded only fresh builds. Still will put the old ID
I downloaded the tray importer and it shows the right ID (since I deleted all the old ones).
Like I mentioned I have been fighting this for at least half a year if not longer.
