Gallery not connecting anymore

Hi, Not sure why but for the last few days my gallery says I'm offline and can't see or share content. If try to connect it says that it couldn't connect. I'm logged into origin at the same time and...

I'm having the exact same problem in Sims4.  Could connect initially but cant now and gallery says i am offline and nothing happens when i try to connect.  When I go to CAS, I can get gallery and downloads but unable to in Sims4 now.

Is Origin offline too or is that online ? Did you change anything ?

    I am having the same problem except I have never been able to connect to the gallery. I've tried uninstalling the game and re-installing but nothing. I am so frustrated with this!

    Same here - I've never been able to connect to the gallery.  I've literally tried everything, and I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of support.  I've tried calling EA only to sit on hold for an hour, have the rep tell me I've already tried everything they would have suggested, and then be disconnected.  I'm annoyed that I spent $70 on this game and cannot use one of the biggest features.
