Gallery not loading

I’m having the same issue. I tried creating a new tray folder that also didn’t work and everything you tried. 

I've had the same issue all day as well! I've edited protection settings on Windows 11 as well to make sure the connection isn't being blocked, but nothing is working. Are you also having issues saving to the gallery (if you've tried that at all)?

Same. It was working fine for me until about 2 hours ago I think. I've tried everything and still can't get the gallery to load anything 

I was barely gonna make a new household and this happens when im also trying to play with the new royalty pack. Hope they fix it soon

Same here. It’s driving me crazy. The gallery has not been very responsive lately

I don’t usually comment but this just started happening to me about an hour ago. I played earlier this morning and the gallery was working just fine now it’s about 9pm my time and it says no results found. 

Its not just me thank god! I literally tried everything to fix it

Same here ! It’s been driving me nuts trying to fix it. Everything on my library is gone. Lost everything I had in my library. Seems like a lot of builds also got deleted with the gallery being down. 

Me too! It started yesterday, but it's still going on. Please fix it soon Sims team!!!
