Gallery on console

This is happening with me as well. I’ve quit the game, restarted my Xbox. Nothing has worked. I can’t download anything from the gallery or my library. No error message it just freezes and I have to restart. Not sure what else to try. 

same here! some will let me download but others freeze & i have to restart.

Same here! The game is literally unplayable for console players rn 😭 

Same here on xbox. I’ve tried multiple times before the May 12th update and after to get some tattoos from the gallery but as soon as I click on something everything freezes and I have to quit the game and restart.
