Gallery uploads gone missing

Ok so I just got back to playing Sims 4 after a long time and I'm fairly certain that some of my uploads to the gallery are gone. I remember certain households that I uploaded that are no longer there. It even says on my profile that I have uploaded 32 items but I only count 15 with include custom content enabled. I have been googling like crazy trying to find a solution, I even made sure that I didn't have hide reported content on cause I saw that that was a possible solution, but it was already on. I don't have those households locally anymore since I built a new pc a few years back so it would be a bummer if they are gone forever.

    @Kranring1111 I see the same. Only 15. Also checked the website with the same result.

    I don't know why though, just seems that there isn't anything hiding them rather that they are simply not there anymore.

    Do you still have the saves you put them in or also not ?

    @crinrict I have some of them in a game that I activated cloud save for, but the game has progressed to the point that a lot of them have aged up so they aren't in their original state anymore, and most of them are just straight up gone. It also weird that there seems to be nothing in common with the ones that are gone. The oldest one that I remember was one that I made with the CAS demo way back, like before the game had released, and the newest one missing is from 2018 I believe, so it almost feels like the game purged half my uploads at random.

    @Kranring1111 You can age them down in the gallery. if that helps

    Other than that, I don't know how you could get them back

    @crinrict Is there any way to get maxis to look into this? Because the interesting part is that the game still says that my total uploads are 32, so the info is ought to be stored somewhere.
