Game Advisor Call Failed
I signed up to have a game advisor call me. After a 40 minute wait, I received a call. I answered the call and for 20 seconds was saying "Hello" repeatedly but never got a reply by whoever was on the other end of the call. They then hung up.
Is this what you consider service? They literally call but say nothing and then hang-up? It's an easy way to check me off the call list and it's easy enough to say that I didn't respond but comon guys. I was literally sitting there saying "hello" for over 20 seconds and got nothing. I've got a brand new iPhone, excellent connection and never have dropped calls. This is becomming rediculous EA.
I need help with an in-game/game-play issue of rocks/gems not re-spawning. I've uninstalled/re-installed the game, I've updated the game and repaired the game - nothing has worked. Please help.
- You might be having "excellent connection" and "never dropping calls", however on the other hand there could be little problem from Game Advisor's side. Try again - instead of using call use Live Chat if you haven't already, mailing and such. There are other options too. 😕mileyhappy:
