game broken after update

So since the update my game is one hundred percent broken. I already removed every single mod I have after removing the broken ones. I have CC but I went through and checked that and deleted some I don't use to try and bring the number down. My game is still not working. My buttons are all whacky like that in the picture and there's like triangle arrow ones. I've searched every fourm, I've removed the mods folder and tried with nothing and it's still broken. I'm at a loss and very frustrated. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it so much.
