while playing for 5-10 minutes my game will close and there are no popups for crash logs after. this only happens when i am playing gameplay but never when building or in create a sim. i tried taking my mods out and completely deleting the sims 4 folder to generate a fresh one. however when i booted up the game it closed while i was fixing the settings with no popups. attached is my dxdiag and last crash text file.
I have the same issue. I have updated drivers and nothing is fixing it. Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the game. No CC and no mods. Attempted the remove Save files folder and still nothing is preventing the crashing. Last 5 tries I can't get past the loading screen.

Please update the BIOS for your motherboard. I believe this is your board, but double-check the model before trying to install the new BIOS:

If that doesn't help, boot into BIOS and disable CPU Turbo Boost, which will be under Advanced settings.
Vilsonia Your dxdiag has the same python37_x64.dll errors as the other player's, but you've already installed the newest-available BIOS, and I don't know whether your laptop's BIOS has the option to disable turbo boost. If it does, it might be called something slightly different, but "turbo" should be in the name. So please have a look.
