@xjustynex30 Is there any pattern to the game closing, for example when you have your sims travel or change clothes, or load a certain lot? Are you saying you can play for up to an hour before the game crashes, or can you only play in much shorter spurts?
A dxdiag is always appreciated, but yours doesn't list any Windows-related errors. This would be normal after a major update but a bad sign otherwise. So please let me know whether you've recently installed a Windows feature update or Windows 11 overall.
Please also look for Sims 4-related errors in the Reliability Monitor, in case they're there but the dxdiag just didn't pick them up. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of the most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
