chelsugar Try searching your computer. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and try one of these search terms:
*.ts4script
*.package
Let me know whether you find any files, and if so, where. A more thorough (and free, and reliable) search tool is Everything, from VoidTools, so you may want to try that if Windows search isn't finding anything or is taking too long to complete.
I understand you're not using OneDrive, but just in case it's relevant, I'd like to point out that OneDrive can reactivate after a Windows feature update, so please make absolutely sure it's still not running.
Thanks! I actually found the missing folder in the recycling bin. Feel like an idiot I didn't think to look there first. The game obviously biffed it there! But my household's house was missing CC even though it was installed/in the mods folder? Very strange, plus my game keeps freezing on the loading screen to go to maps which forces me to crash/quit the game.
