@theunreali933 and @chic3214321 Did you actually tell the game to save at any point during this play session, and did you lose the data from that save? When trying to save, did you see an error code?
Please also let me know whether you use OneDrive.
hi! The only time that I did get the error code was when I created tried to save over a save file when there were other save slots available. I wouldn't get an error if I created a new safe file, so I did that. Once I filled up my 10 available saves, it appeared like the game was working normally, as in, I could save to the same save slot without an error. (btw the error code i got before was error code 0, and it only said that the game couldn't save)
When I went back to load that slot, however, all of my progress was gone, as if I never saved since I originally created the save file. Also I don't have onedrive as I'm on ps4.

The issue doesn't have a fix yet, but you can keep an eye on the thread for updates. In the meantime, check PoptartJuniper's recent posts in the same thread: she's the console expert and would know the viable workarounds.
