@Giapa95 Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress, but it's important to establish whether mods are triggering the issue.
If that doesn't help, or you don't use mods or cc, please test a new save, for comparison's sake, and let me know how it runs.
If the new save crashes too, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a reply here.

Hi I have found someone who had a similar problem for a past update and I fixed the crashes by changing the quality of the graphics I think. From ultra to high or something like that and I also checked the mobile computer (laptop) check box

@Giapa95 Laptop mode isn't actually for laptops per se. It disables Advanced Rendering, which makes the game look much lower quality overall. Since the setting isn't necessary for most machines, I'd suggest unchecking that box and seeing how the game runs on high or medium-high graphics settings.
