Alusss100 Thanks for the dxdiag. Please look for an update for your motherboard's BIOS. Find the exact model (it'll be printed on the board itself, among other places), google "[board name] drivers," and look for the Asus support page. Your current BIOS version is 1601, but I can't tell whether it's current because the dxdiag doesn't list your exact model.
If that doesn't help, boot into BIOS and disable CPU Turbo Boost, which may be called something slightly different. It'll be under the Advanced settings and have Turbo in its name though.
