Martha0712 In these two saves, are all lots affected, or only a few? Can you load the affected lots in build mode? If so, there may be an item you can delete to stop the crashing. Try deleting one room at a time and then loading into live mode to narrow things down.
You don't have to save your progress, or you can use "save as" to rename the save if it's easier. That way, you won't overwrite your original save and can remove only the affected item(s) once you've identified the cause of the crashes.
Your dxdiag doesn't show anything helpful in narrowing down the source of the issue, unfortunately. The errors are generic and could be triggered by just about any in-game problem.
Correction the problem is only affecting two save files the othes are working.
Sadly the problem affects other save files as well.
Here is the dxdiag file:
Martha0712 Does this happen in a new save too, still with no mods or custom content? Please test, if you haven't already, and let me know.
If the new save is affected too, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
