Game Crashes on Specific Oasis Springs Lot

The game crashes when I try to save or "just go to manage worlds" on a specific lot in Oasis Springs -- in the "Skyward Palms" neighborhood, the lot that's on the right in map view. I tried it with ...

@Butterskotchus  What lot is involved?  And what is currently on it: a played household, an unplayed household, a community lot, etc.?  Does this happen in a new save as well?  Please test it without mods, and let me know whether the game crashes.  If you get an error code, please post a screenshot.

    I'm attaching an image of the map with the lot highlighted. Right now it's a bulldozed residential lot.

    I tested it with a new save, and it didn't crash.

    However, when I tested it with the original save and no mods, it still crashed. No error code, the game just closes.
