Game Crashes Since Update
Ever since the May 2026 update, my game keeps crashing randomly. I have no mods or anything extra installed,. It never did this before the update.

KimberlyLeeAnna Do you still need help? If so, please let me know whether the crashing is limited to one save, or one household within that save, or happens even with a new save with fresh sims (not from your library or the Gallery).
If a new save is affected, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
