Game crashes when changing from fullscreen to windowed fullscreen

Every time (100%)What is your current game version number? most recent update from lovestruck expansion, idk how to get the exact version What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by trying to change the game from fullscreen to windowed fullscreenWhat happens when the bug occurs? it will change then give the pop up asking if i want to save the change with a count down but none of the buttons are clickable when the count down runs out the game closes. What do you expect to see? the setting to change and my game not to close itself Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? @megancookd&nbsp; Does this happen in DirectX 9 or 11 mode, and does switching to the other help?

Additionally, what resolution are you using in-game?&nbsp; You can see it with the other graphics settings.

Does this still happen if you switch to DX9 mode?
What resolution are you using in-game?
I need the full dxdiag, saved as a text file.

i dont know how to switch to DX9&nbsp;i am playing on 1920x1080 and have attached my dxdiag&nbsp;

@megancookd&nbsp; Are you getting BlueScreens when you play Sims 4, and if not, when do they happen?&nbsp; They're definitely happening—I see several in your dxdiag.

Your C drive is also very low on space.&nbsp; Since your F drive is also an SSD, one in the same performance category, this would be a good time to move whatever you can to F.&nbsp; Let me know if you need help with this process.

For the Sims 4 issue, are you playing with OBS running in the background?&nbsp; If so, please disable it, and make sure it's not running in the Task Manager, even in the background processes list.

The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run.&nbsp; Disable the rest as described.

When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be enabled.&nbsp; If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.

Don't open anything other than Sims 4 and the EA App while testing, not even a browser window.
