Game Crashes when I press resume
Ever since the newest patch for the game I have not been able to play. I have 70+ packs and I cannot get into my game. I cleared cashe, Uninstalled-reinstalled app and the sims game inside of EA app. I also made sure pc is up to date, compatible, etc. Everything on my end is fine, however, I cleared a claim and even EA help couldn't fix my issue with all their suggested steps.
