Game crashes when I start a camping trip

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

I'm using PC ( specifically Windows 10 on an HP computer)

Yes I do play with cc. but i dont have any script mods just CAS cc. However.. I did a test run by removing my entire mods folder and playing the game at a basegame level. I tried planning a Kids camp getaway and it still crashed even while playing in at the base game state. No mods, no cc, no scripts and still it crashed.

seems the game has a lot of crashing issues atm.

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

try updating your graphics drivers (https://www.intel.de/content/www/de/de/products/sku/208662/intel-core-i71165g7-processor-12m-cache-up-to-4-70-ghz/downloads.html) and try to play in DX9 mode instead of DX11. You can switch the settings in the game options.

I tried updating the driver and switching to DX9  today and it still crashed 😖 crinrict​ 

Do you have any LastCrash files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If so, upload to either oneDrive or GoogleDrive and post the link (make sure the link is public) here
