Still can't load my family. Everytime I click the house it's loading and then force closed.

It happens everytime I load "Akai" family.
Everything was fine until I click their house, and it's loading. Then suddenly the game forced close ☹️

EDIT: Can't find a family called Akai in that save. The only played family has no issues loading (in Evergreen Harbour)
