MysticaMoonlight Sorry for the late reply. To be clear, if you move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts, launch the game to create a new folder, and move only your save to that new folder (absolutely nothing else), the game still crashes when loading any lot at all? Please test this if you haven't already and let me know what you find. You can copy the save instead of moving it if you want to keep a backup.
Please also let me know whether a new save is fine, with no mods or cc present, after you've saved your progress, quit, and restarted your computer.
