Hi, im brand new to the sims 4 and got it on steam along with a few DLC, but i spent hours last night making a teen sim & its family, i even uploaded it to the gallery, but every time i try to use the family it crashes the game, I have no mods, im going to include a crash summary file & Dxdiag
Eric_7aylor When you say the game crashes as you try to use the family, what exactly do you do that causes the crash: place the household, load the household, play them for a bit...? Are you trying to play them in a custom house, and if so, can you play them in a default EA-made house instead?
If you can't get this household to work, please create a new one and see how that goes. You don't need to spend much time on it; this is just for testing.
The crashes in your dxdiag are unfortunately too generic to be much use by themselves, and I don't see any other obvious issues.
