Game Crashes when Saving or Travelling on Culpepper House lots

To find the bug, load into an apartment on the Culpepper House, specifically 19 Culpepper House. After loading, try saving or zoom out until the travel icon appears and press it. The game will crash

Chimichanga128 Does this happen in a new save, with no mods or custom content present, and nothing downloaded from the Gallery or placed from your own Library? Please test and let me know.
