Game crashes when using Seance table

After the grim rewards patch, every time I try to interact with the seance table from paranormal stuff my game crashes :(
I have removed all mods, deleted all cache, I have nothing in configoverride, and I've repaired the game, and its still happening. Is anyone else having this issue?
