Game crashing immediately after startup

Title says most of it - I'll boot up my game, it will load for a few seconds, get to the spinning plumbob before the title screen and then just crash. This has been happening since after April 29th at 12 AM EST, which may have been the last session before I installed the most recent update. Yes, I have custom content, but I didn't download anything new that could have caused this from the time I played to my game crashing. I did a deep cleaning of all of my custom content files as well to make sure none of them were corrupted or conflicting with my game, and the game still crashed all the same. I've tried clearing my cache on the EA app even though I launch from Steam, I've verified the file integrity quite a few times, I made sure I had the latest update and uninstalled and reinstalled the game entirely so I could try it without custom content, then with after reinstalling, I've tried using the steam command console to download a previous version of the game, and the list goes on- I've tried everything. I'm really not looking forward to the only solution being to hard reset the game and lose all my households and saves, but if that's what I absolutely need to do, so be it. My first and then most recent lastcrash files are attached, if anyone could decipher them for me and identify the issue.
