@D00M_BEARx Your dxdiag lists a couple of crashes of the Nvidia graphics driver while Sims 4 is running, so the place to start is by reinstalling the driver. Since you already have the newest one installed, you'll need to clean-uninstall it first, as described here:
You can get a fresh copy of the newest Nvidia driver here:
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/190552/en-us/
Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
If you get another crash, look for a new driver for your mouse; your dxdiag also lists crashes from what appears to be a driver for the mouse, and the driver is from 2019. Hit Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, open the "Mice and other pointing devices" section, click on the entry listed for your mouse, and click the black and green Update menu button. If you see multiple entries for pointing devices, repeat for each one. Windows may or may not find any new drivers, and that's fine; the point is to force it to look. Restart your computer when you're done.
@puzzlezaddict Sadly, neither of those worked either, and I did both. Heres my updated DxDiag after doing that, and the latest crash/exception log.

@D00M_BEARx You're not getting Nvidia errors anymore, which is good, but that means the next suspect is your mods. Please try playing without any of them, as in, move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. I'm not saying you need to get rid of your mods, only that this is a useful test: you'll know either way whether they're the issue and we can go from there. You don't need to save your progress with the mods removed.
