Game Crashing on Title Screen

Hello,

I have been having an on off issue with my Sims 4 recently where it will load to the title screen and then crash. The crash itself varies in how long it takes to happen but it's always on the title screen and happens before I am able to load a game at all.

I have tried restarting the game, removing my modded content and reinstalling graphics drivers but nothing has fixed the issue so far.

I have attached the DxDiag results as well. Any help would be great, thank you :D

    Ariikitty1  If you still need help, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

    If you get another crash, try uninstalling GPU Tweak, which is crashing too.  And if you've overclocked any components of your computer, revert everything to stock speeds.
