Sunflowerrrss14 Your dxdiag lists a few Windows update errors, but nothing from Sims 4. That could mean that the game-related errors have been crowded out by newer ones or that the crashes aren't producing errors at all. There's an easy way to check though. Try again to play, and when you get another crash, look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
In the interim, try playing with your computer offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play. This is just a test, not a solution; I'm not suggesting you play this way in general.
Finally, please list the location of your Documents directory, which is also the location where Sims 4 will try to store user data. Search in Windows for command prompt, open it, and enter this command:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
Please list the result. You can write [username] instead of your actual username, but leave the rest intact.
