game crashing with gameplay

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? most recent
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all and a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play a household. i can play for maybe 1-2 minutes before the game closes.
What happens when the bug occurs? game completly shuts down
What do you expect to see? i expect the game to run smoothly without errors and game shut downs
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch update when grim rewards first came out and the quests were not showing up. (one before the most recent one)

for trouble shooting i have - 

* repaired the game

* cleaned cache
* removed mods
* uninstalled Sims 4 and all aspects of the game (user profile included)
* run in compatability mode
* posted in Sims after dark for game support (no acknowledgment at all)

i had a post previously and had responses but this was closed off as solved (not by myself) when my issue is still ongoing.
