Game deleted base game and expansion pack content

So I opened my game. Normal... I went into CAS to edit a family and a box opened that said "Some of your CAS content has been deleted." So I thought "I'll just fix it later." and continued to edit my family but I had to fix some extra things because some of my sims were missing hair, shoes, pants. So I just finished editing then went to make them move and the game says that I don't own any of the packs I do have only leaving me Willow Creek, Newcrest, and Oasis Springs. Help?
