Game Downlaod

I bought life & death expansion pack 03/20/2026 but never downloaded it because I wasn't ready play it. Now that I am, it's not loaded. it shows it's downloaded but when I'm in game it isn't. I've tried uninstalling it and installing it back multiple times and still nothing. I can't repurchase it and its frustrating because I don't know why this has happened. I really would like for this to be resolved. I've been sending reports and still haven't heard back from anyone.
