So i did some problem shooting and i noticed that if you have these problems and you use CC it might help to remove everything from folders and putting everything directly in the modsfolder. Atleast that worked for me!

with the seasons patch, a lot of custom content is outdated and needs updating or removing if they don't get updated

Try removing everything and see if it then loads.

If it does, narrow down which one it could be,

If you use CC and have folders in folders in the "Mods folder", try extracting everything song its all directly in the "Mods folder". That fixed it for me atleast
