I have the same problem. It's only way I can make it work, is to remove ALL my mods and cc. I really don't want to do that, because I really like playing with them - and yes, all of them I can update, I have updated. However it shouldn't really be a problem. When I install "Island Living", mostly all the mods worked fine after that (to my big surprise). But they doesn't do it now.
I really really they fix it, and very soon. please! It's so frustrated, when there is problems with the game.
