Game Failing To Load Error

As per the title, I keep getting the error "Game failed to load, relaunch". All of my mods are updated to the latest and I always delete localthumbcache after updating/removing mods. I keep getting a LastException but I am not to sure what it means, neither does the reader for it. Hopefully I can get some help with it. I noticed it said something with a D: Drive, but I only have the C: drive on my PC. It has only started doing this after updating and installing the new expansion pack.
