beandip696969 Among the troubleshooting steps you tried, did you remove or rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts so the game could generate a new one? If not, please try that now. The point is to see whether the game works with none of your existing content. This removes your saves and other user files, but doesn't delete them. If, however, the folder copies instead of moving, or you get an error when trying to move it, stop here and let me know.
Your dxdiag lists a pile of crashes of the graphics driver, so the next step would be a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, exactly as described here:
