Game force closes while x3 speed

XxTakaixX​  Is there any pattern at all to what you're doing when the game crashes, or what lot you're on, or what neighborhood or world you're playing in?  Does it happen in a new save too?  Do you use any mods or custom content, and if so, do the crashes happen if you remove your entire Mods folder?  You wouldn't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

Please provide a dxdiag as well, for reference.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
