Game freezes for a few seconds

Please also let me know whether this happens in a new save, with no mods or custom content present.
Your dxdiag doesn't show anything problematic, but that doesn't rule out a system issue.
puzzlezaddict hello,sorry for unclear explanation, i happens once in my game play time, i have no mods and no cc, mainly it hapens when its winter for my sims, family of 3 and one dog in newcrest.
new save its like i start new game with other familty?that thing also happend once i n cas when i was editing sims family which i placed in newscrest
can that also be because of dowloaded house from gallery?
