Game freezes if I try to make my sims do anything

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? My whole game freezes. I Open my game, select the family I want to play with and just try to play normally. The last save i have is where my other sim is taking care of her horse and the familys dad is at work. Their baby is crying and the dad gets out of work. I select the dad to change babys diaper. The game freezes and dad keeps walking to the baby but does nothing to it and i cant select him to do anything anymore to any objects and can't change the sim nor save and stop or even just stop the game without Alt+Tab and going to tehe task manager to end the sims. Before this i had the problem where the game did the same thing sometimes when i changed the timespeed. It was annoying but playable but now i cant even play at all.
What do you expect to see? This fixed so I can play
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

@JupeMies Most of a dxdiag is in English or the language of Windows, regardless of the language of the system, and yes, everything is in the same place in any language. So I can read or figure out everything important even if I don't know a word of the language.
What your dxdiag shows is that your computer doesn't have any obvious issues that would explain why this save isn't running properly. So I think it is the save, but that doesn't mean the save itself is unusable. One thing you can try is moving your main household to a different lot. Once you've done so, use "save as" to rename the save, quit, reload, and see how the household runs.
Please also try playing a different household within the same save, for comparison's sake. Let me know the results of both tests, and we can go from there.
