moonbbeams This is another VC++ runtime error, but since you already uninstalled and reinstalled the runtimes, the problem is likely elsewhere. Try installing the newest graphics driver from Intel:
Run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
If you get the same error, one that mentions VCRUNTIME140.dll like the one above, I think it's time for a repair install of Windows. Here's how (option two):

This shouldn't delete any of your data, but if you get to step 14 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over.
If you get a different error, please post the related info (like you did with this last one) before going straight to the repair install. Or you can try it anyway; it won't do any damage when performed correctly.
