Game immediately freezes on startup

I have this issue for 2 weeks now. It will load for 10 seconds then immediately freezes and takes me back to the EA app. I already tried everything. Removed all mods and tried tutorials in YouTube on how to fix it. Nothing works. I have all of the expansion packs and kits. Now my sims and houses I built are probably erased. This is too sad!
