On the driver page of your laptop download this NVIDIA and Intel drivers.

- Follow this manual to the letter to clean uninstall all NVIDIA graphic driver components.
IMPORTANT: if you use a Pin to log into Windows 11 don't use DDU in safe mode!
Use it in your normal Windows session. - Restart the Laptop!
- Follow the manual again to clean uninstall the Intel graphic driver components.

- Restart the Laptop!
- Install the NVIDIA graphics driver
- Restart the Laptop!
- Go online.
- Test.
holger1405 Nothing changed. I got a crash right away loading into a lot and then EA gave me the "Game failed to launch" message which I used to get occasionally before, new Dxdiag is attached. Should I try to follow those steps again?
The crashes are as frequent if you disable Memory Boost?
holger1405 Yes, they are just as frequent with it disabled
Please preform a Clean Boot:
A clean boot is a process that starts Windows with a minimal set of services and startup programs. This can help eliminate or find software conflicts.
How to perform the clean boot:- Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type “msconfig” (Without the quotes.) > Enter.
- In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab.
- Check the box that says, “Hide all Microsoft services”.
- Click Disable all. (Make sure the EABackgroundService remains enabled.)
- Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager.
- In the Task Manager, disable all startup items that are activated.
- Close Task Manager and go back to the System Configuration window, then click OK.
- Restart the computer, the PC will start into clean boot mode.
- Test the Game
2. Additional Steps (Inside the Clean Boot Mode) - Ensure your virus scanner and other security software are disabled.
- Disable Afterburner and similar software.
- Make sure any CORSAIR/Asus/Razer software is disabled or uninstalled.
- Ensure your GPU and CPU are not overclocked.
- Disconnect all peripherals except for your mouse and keyboard.
