Game is unplayable because of constant freezing

My game has been unplayable for a month now. I have two instances where it looked like the game was back to running as normal, but then the problem occurs again and I'm back to where I started. The ...

I also tried uninstalling all of my packs and just running the sims 4 base game and still ran into the same issue with the lagging and freezing.
