Game Keeps Crashing Mid Game

Question

Hey y'all!I have been ready to throw my computer for the past week trying to fix my game. It lets me open the game, I'm in the middle of playing, and then randomly freezes and crashes. This can be after 10 minutes up to 40 minutes of playing before it crashes.&nbsp;I have cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled both EA app and the Sims 4, updated my Intel graphics driver, ran cleansing commands on my laptop, deleted all my previous saves as a last ditch effort in case they were corrupt, and I have no mods or cc.&nbsp;I've also attached my dxdiag report to this thread. Please help if you can! I have a Dell Inspiron 13 Laptop if that is helpful.&nbsp;

musical314lot​&nbsp; If you have an Inspiron laptop, it looks like you uploaded someone else's dxdiag by mistake.&nbsp; The one you provided is from a desktop PC with high-end gaming hardware.
