Emelyn702 Please update the driver for your Nvidia graphics card. You can use the newest driver provided by Nvidia:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
As a side note, is there a reason you're playing in DirectX 9 mode? You'd have needed to select it manually, or force it in the EA App, since the game would always default to DX11 mode on your computer.
