Game keeps crashing!
Please help! My game keeps crashing on me and I don't know why. I bought a new laptop that can accommodate the size of the game. I've had it for a week now and things have been going very well, until a couple days ago. I'm in the middle of playing, and the game will freeze up and then just close out. There's nothing else on this computer, I have tried and tried to find a contact for support. I did some of the suggestions, like go to the config and adjust some of my start up programs. I have restarted the computer, "repaired" the game in the "manage" feature in the EA app. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the EA app. I bought a cooling stand for the laptop thinking it was just overheating. Nothing is working. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't have any custom content or mods. Just the base game and a little over 50 of the add ons. This is beyond frustrating.
