game keeps crashing

BemoreSLOTHlikr​  Please uninstall any Razer apps you currently have.  Cortex and Game Manager Service are both crashing, but other apps may be a problem as well.  If this helps, you may be able to reinstall the apps—sometimes that resolves this kind of issue.

If it doesn't help, try playing with your computer offline.  (I realize it would cut off your access to the new event, but it's just for testing.)  You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
