Game keeps crashing
Every time I have played The Sims 4 in the last couple of weeks, I randomly get hit with the white screen meaning I can't do anything. The only thing I can do is bring up Task Manager to end the game...

ArnyaAnise751 Sorry for the late reply. Crin asked me to look over your thread, with everything going on with the new pack, but I ran out of time yesterday.
Anyway, your dxdiag shows that your laptop's graphics driver is crashing, and the driver is from 2021. So that's the place to start: by updating to the newest version Intel offers for your processor and graphics chip. You can get it here:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart the laptop afterwards and before trying to play.
