Game Keeps Lagging and Crashing

I don't have a crash file from an unmodded game because my mods were in when the game crashed. However, I did go ahead and try the clean folder approach that you linked. The only thing is I wasn't actually able to try it the way the post explains because as soon as I loaded up the clean user folder version of the game, I got a "your video card was not found in our database" pop up and the screen was black. Therefore, I couldn't follow the rest of the steps to load into a save and see if the problem was gone or not.
Could you try a clean install of your graphics drivers ?

I went ahead and tried a clean install of my graphics driver and the problem unfortunately still persists.
Do you still get he video card error ? Can you play anyways ? This usually just occurs if the card is newer than what's in the graphics file and you should be able to play anyways.
I can load into households just fine but the playability is almost impossible with how laggy the game is and the crashes happening every now and then. The lag is worse than the crashing, for me. It’s laggier than I’ve ever seen it and days before I wrote my post here, the game wasn’t acting like that. It’s like the lag got worse out of nowhere.

Could you re-run the DxDiag and post again ? Also if you can enter it now, can you post an unmodded crash log ?

I did check to make sure that this problem was consistent in a new save and it was. The lag was just as bad in a new save as it is in my current save. I haven't had another crash since the last one but to be fair, I haven't been actually playing much since I've just been trying to fix the problem, so I really wasn't in the game long enough to get another crash yet. If I get another one, I'll post an unmodded crash log at that point. Here's the DxDiag that I re-ran. DxDiag.txt
