Game keeps minimising

Question

I've been having an issue for about a week now where my game keeps minimising. It does this randomly but it could be anything between every 20 seconds to every 2 minutes or so which is really frustrating. I have ensured my cc and mods are disabled, the game has been repaired through the EA app, ensured background programs are off and the game/my pc have the latest updates but I can't work out why it keeps doing it. I thought it was a me problem but my sister has mentioned she is having the same issue.

I have also reported the issue as the game is pretty unplayable at the moment 11ad39c2-8c69-4233-a9fc-9b6278306ff6

Any ideas?

emmzypop​&nbsp; Are you getting any notifications from Window or other apps when the game minimizes?&nbsp; And when you say background programs are off, what exactly did you do, and are there any programs you're still running alongside the game?
